Wilbur T. Peer has over 30 years of business, community and economic development and government relations experience working with members of Congress, governors and state legislators.

He has served in a senior position at the United States Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C., as the Acting Administrator for Rural Business Cooperative Service and Acting Administrator for Rural Business where he managed nearly 200 employees with a $2.1 billion Financial Program Budget and a $34 million Administrative Budget.

Peer has headed numerous community and economic development organizations, including the Delta Improvement Corporation in Marianna, Arkansas.
