Steven A. Cisneros has an extensive background in government affairs and business development.

In 1993, he served as the private sector coordinator for the White House Conference on Small Business. In 1998, Steve was an appointee in President Clinton’s Administration where he served as Special Assistant to Secretary of Transportation Rodney Slater. He also served in the Clinton Administration as Communication Liaison and Special Projects Coordinator at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at USDOT and as a Special Assistant to the Director, Office of Congressional Affairs, US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Steve also served as Executive Director for Kansas Governor Kathleen Sibelius, where he was responsible for promoting the advancement of Hispanic population. And in Florida, he worked as Legislative and Public Relations Director for the Commissioner of Broward County, Florida and as Director of Community Outreach for the Broward County Appraiser, where he was the chief advocate and federal legislative consultant for transportation and infrastructure clients, securing federal funding for medical and educational clients.

Steve has successfully represented public and private sector clients for more than 17 years as a legislative consultant in a wide variety of industries, including colleges and universities, transportation entities, corporations, local governments, and non-profits. Steve draws on his knowledge of the legislative process and his wide-ranging connections in representing his clients.

He founded Hudbella Government Affairs in 2011 and formed a strategic partnership with Peter Damon Group in 2017.
