Shenika Munasinghe is the Chief of Staff at the Peter Damon Group (PDG) where she oversees all administrative, financial and operational activities. Additionally, she is a Senior Advisor on critical matters regarding the firm’s vitality and future direction.

Prior to joining PDG, Shenika held progressively responsible positions in the retail industry, gaining experience through retail buying, sales analysis, inventory and merchandise management, along with contingency development and promotional planning for brand awareness.

A graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Shenika holds a bachelor of science in human resources management, as well as a degree in fashion and retail design.
