Britney K. Guillory is a visionary nonprofit leader and strategist with over a decade of experience in human services, community engagement, research, and program development. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Bowie State University and is a proud 2025 Alum of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute (CBCI) Boot Camp, where she completed one of the nation’s premier leadership development programs for emerging Black public servants.
In her upcoming role with The Peter Damon Group, Britney brings a strong background in research, policy analysis, and equity centered strategy to support clients across government, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to advancing inclusive policies, dismantling structural inequities, and promoting data informed decision making.
Most recently, she served as a Philanthropy Fellow with CLLCTIVLY, a Baltimore-based organization investing in Black-led social change. There, she led impactful initiatives including the 28 Days of Black Futures campaign, co-facilitated the inaugural social impact cohort, and supported strategic donor engagement to uplift grassroots organizations in Baltimore. Britney also contributed to research on nonprofit governance, funding equity, and community led grantmaking models during her fellowship.
With a long-standing dedication to equity, inclusion, and justice, Britney continues to bridge research, policy, and practice to build community driven, sustainable solutions that challenge inequity and elevate Black brilliance.
