Andre’ is an APMP-certified and Shipley-trained business development consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the Federal, state and local government, international and political arenas. His comprehensive cross-functional team leadership skills include project management, training, coaching, and strategic communications have helped to capture billions of dollars in contract awards.
Andre's federal acquisition and contracting experience allows him to assess clients’ requirements to quickly develop customized strategic solutions. Andre is a resourceful business and proposal developer with a measurable record of aggressively identifying opportunities and providing agile methods and strategies to capture complex bids.
Andre's public service includes political appointments including the Small Business, Defense Acquisition Office and the International Armaments Cooperation Office for the Secretary of Defense and the Economic and International Trade Office for the U.S Department of Commerce. He has also worked for and consulted with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups.
Andre graduated from Temple University with honors in Political Science/Economics specializing in International Political Economy. He's also completed advanced studies in International Commerce and Policy, Public Sector Financial Management, and Statecraft and National Security Affairs.
Andre has served as an executive board member and Treasurer of Ignitus Worldwide, an international nonprofit that promotes youth-led civic engagement. Andre currently resides in Montgomery County, MD.
Laura Castillo is a bilingual communicator and entrepreneur with over 14 years of government, political strategy, public relations and business development experience on the local, national and international level, particularly in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She also specializes in event planning and advising political events and campaigns in the U.S. and around the world.
Laura has been a longtime public servant. Her experience includes serving as an appointee at the White House for President Obama, the U.S. Department of Defense at the Pentagon and Afghanistan, where she focused on business development operations for the country of Afghanistan, and as a Communications Director for a member of U.S. Congress.
In addition, Laura has held several other senior level public affairs positions where her work has been focused on Hispanic and minority communities, such as at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, where she served as the National Deputy Press Secretary and Director of Hispanic Media, and two Presidential campaigns.
Laura holds an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy with an emphasis in Trade Policy from George Mason University and a B.A. in Economics and minor in Political Science from the University of Texas, San Antonio. She also received academic certifications in European Union Policy at Maastricht University in Brussels, Belgium and Spanish Language Studies at Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina.
Ron Carson brings many years of experience in the areas of politics,community relations and entertainment, and has worked at the federal,state and local levels of government. Ron has traveled the world as alogistics expert for two U.S. Presidents and two U.S. Secretaries of Energy. He has been a trusted logistics adviser on several national and statewide political campaigns. Ron brings a unique blend ofcreativity, communications skills and public relations expertise,coupled with a passion and a love for people. Ron’s love for politicsis only matched by his love of sports.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ron is a devoted Cleveland sports fan.Ron’s passion for sports led him to a job at ESPN, where he produced sports highlights and story concepts for SportsCenter, ESPNEWS,Outside The Lines and various other ESPN studio shows. Ron has made many relationships along his journey through sports, politics and entertainment that serves him well in his current endeavors.
Roosevelt Daniels, III (Trey)
Roosevelt Daniels, III is a passionate and skillful political strategist, and organizer. Daniels has worked in several political capacities: Deputy Political Director Hillary For America (TX), National Surrogate Outreach Director Sylvester Turner for Mayor (Houston, TX) District Director for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Government Affairs Director for the City of Jackson, MS. Daniels also has experience developing communications strategies for both sides of the aisle.
Daniels has also served as one of the State Political Directors for Obama for America and was later appointed to be the 2012 Obama for America State Director for Mississippi.
Daniels’ understanding of politics and grassroots organizing has led him to be consistently be successful for the City of Jackson where he was able to procure millions of dollars for infrastructure projects, crime prevention programs.
One of Daniels's greatest accomplishments was the launching of “Cutting for Confidence.” Cutting for Confidence is a community service project where he partnered with corporations to provide haircuts for young men. Harold J. Gist
For more than 30 years, Harold Gist has developed and implemented successful campaigns at the national, state, and local levels, including presidential, gubernatorial, congressional, legislative, mayoral, and ballot initiatives.
He has served as Senior Advisor to the DNC Chairman, White House Liaison, Director of African American Outreach Strategies, Political Division and Community Services Division. He has been charged with coordinating national African American outreach strategies with the various divisions of the DNC, as well as ensuring African Americans were represented in all aspects of Party activities internally and across the country.
Harold Gist has enjoyed an extensive, political campaign career experience. Some of his stints include serving as Strategic Advisor to Halter for Lt. Governor Campaign ‘06; Deputy Campaign Manager for Clinton/Gore ’92 Presidential Campaign; Associate Deputy Campaign Manager for Clinton/Gore ’96; Arkansas Field Director for the Dukakis/Bentsen ’88 Campaign for President; and as Arkansas Field Director with Al Gore for President ‘88 campaign. Stephen Groves has strong background on Capitol Hill working most recently in the U.S. Senate as a Senior Advisor for U.S. Senator Doug Jones (AL) as a Senior Aide to the Chairman of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, U.S. Senator Max S. Baucus. Mr. Groves also served as a Congressional Aide to U.S. Representative Diana DeGette of Colorado where he handled a portfolio of foreign affairs and national security.
Mr. Groves has extensive experience in political campaigns, as he served as National Advance for Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential Campaign; the 2012 presidential campaign for President Barack Obama and Elizabeth Colbert-Busch for Congress in South Carolina's First Congressional District.
Mr. Groves served in the United States Navy and was stationed in San Diego, CA. While serving in the US Navy, Mr. Groves traveled to over 20 countries while being deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Tonya M. Saunders has more than than 20+ years representing many diverse client
interests in Medicare, healthcare, small business, transportation and financial services. She has
achieved success on behalf of trade associations, coalitions, large and small corporate firms.
Ms. Saunders began her career on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Jay
Rockefeller. She left Capitol Hill after nearly 5 years of service and began a senior consulting
career at McAuliffe, Kelly & Raffaelli, (which later became The Washington Group). Through
many years of engagement in public policy and government affairs Ms. Saunders secured
legislative victories, established coalitions, organized and raised funds for a Super PAC and
developed issue campaigns.

Terri Hollingsworth is a 30-year professional in government relations, business and economic development.
Hollingsworth has served in leadership roles that have spanned local, state and federal agencies. She is currently on leave from PDG, while serving as the first black female Pulaski County Circuit/County Clerk in Arkansas.
She has also served as Regional Director of Economic Development for Midcontinent Independent Systems Operator (MISO) South Region; the Chief Administrative Officer for Delta Regional Authority,
Hollingsworth earned a B.A. in City Planning from Howard University and an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. (The First Class for UALR). Hollingsworth is a 25-year member of the Little Rock Chapter of The Links, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated and the mother of 14-year-old Joshua Davis.

Durwin Lairy is known for his outstanding leadership skills and his ability to provide practical and strategic management and guidance to planning teams for internal and external events, conferences, and other business functions.
Durwin started his professional career as a legislative aide to U.S. Congressman Marion Berry. Since then, he has planned and executed several events for many high-level political principals including, but not limited to, President Obama, First Lady Obama, President Clinton, and Secretary Clinton, along with many other dignitaries.
Mr. Lairy also worked for the Department of Energy with the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity to create and secure strategic partnerships and plan and execute operational support for events and various stakeholder engagement programs.

Brian has consistently demonstrated an ability to create solutions to multi-layered issues. His work has included performing in-depth analysis on energy technologies as well as implementing statutory and policy review to provide guidance on different courses of action.
Brian has also co-authored several publications on leadership aimed at educating and promoting advocacy within the Executive Branch of the federal government. He has also worked in the financial services industry as an analyst at UBS Paine Webber; an advisor at United Central Bank; and also, has prior work experience in the hospitality industry.
Brian has comprehensive experience working in the Asian American communities of Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas and is fluent in Korean and English.
Brian received his law degree from Catholic University's Columbus School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He is licensed to practice law in The District of Columbia.
Senior Advisor for Public Affairs and Strategic Partnerships
Hyun is an experienced executive with demonstrated accomplishment in government relations, strategic planning and international business management.
Previously, Hyun worked as a Government Relations Consultant where she was responsible for providing new business development, project management, policy analysis, client communications and building coalitions. She successfully identified more than 50 potential international business opportunities by conducting a business model analysis of global disaster management system.
Hyun has extensive experience working in the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. As the Civic Engagement and Outreach Director at the Korean American Association of the Washington Metropolitan Area, she spearheads the organization's outreach program and developed a multi-action and diversity agendas that included civic engagement, grassroots organizing and public education.
Hyun has been a visiting scholar at George Mason University and an adjunct professor at I-Global University and Columbia College. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business and a Master's in Government from the Johns Hopkins University Krieger School of Arts and Science. Kimberlin has nearly 20 years of experience in Public Affairs and Logistics Planning.
She has served as a Deputy Press Secretary in the White House; Deputy Press Secretary for the Democratic National Committee; Director of the Democratic News Service (DNS) at the Democratic Convention in Boston; Director of Hall Operations and Hall Management for 2012 Democratic National Convention. with Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign she served as National Advance Lead, Deputy Director of Delegate Operations at the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and as Trip Director for the Honorable Anne Holton, wife of Vice Presidential Nominee Senator Tim Kaine.
As a Protocol Lead at the US State Department, Kimberlin coordinated the logistics of heads of states and spouses, heads of government and other high ranking foreign dignitaries invited by the President, Vice President and Secretary of State to the United States. In this capacity, she also advanced, planned and executed official functions hosted by the Chief of protocol for Chiefs of Diplomatic Missions.

Jackie Nedell is a former television journalist with extensive national experience in public relations, media training, media strategy and public affairs. Her clients have included corporations, non-profits, and federal agencies.
Ms. Nedell's media training specialty is television and radio interviews, presentations, press conferences and live, satellite studio appearances.
Jackie has held senior positions in media and healthcare at two national public relations firms, Powell Tate and Porter Novelli. At Porter Novelli, she was the lead for the National Cancer Institute's "5 to 9" a day Campaign, aimed at African-American men and women.
Ms. Nedell also served in the Administration of President William Jefferson Clinton as Communications Director for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Jackie's television news career includes anchoring and reporting in local and national newsrooms. She started her broadcast career at WTOP-AM in Washington, D.C. as a managing editor.
Her pro bono work includes teaching media classes for veterans and their caregivers through the Dog Tag, INC and doing national interviews for the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship. Jackie is a cancer survivor.

Brandon Peters is an Associate with PDG where he assists with administrative activity and work on client projects.
Brandon has held intern positions at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of the Chief of Protocol; on Capitol Hill with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee; and with the business consulting firm Gray Global Advisors. Brandon also has experience performing advance work in the 2016 Hillary For America Presidential campaign.
Brandon is a student at Marymount University working towards his bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Antjuan Orlando Seawright

Antjuan Seawright is a veteran of grassroots, marketing and strategic efforts for political, corporate clients at the national state and local levels. Antjuan also currently manages sports marketing for numerous athletes in the NFL.
He is a weekly political analyst for several national and local media outlets and is very active in the community. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the James R. Senior Advisor for Health Policy
Rhonda Lampkin, a Mississippi native, brings a wealth of healthcare experience to PDG.
Her professional and academic experience includes an Extension Service Fellowship with the United States Department of Agriculture, Washington D.C.
Rhonda has served as the Government Relations Director for Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi, for over a decade. As director, she manages the advocacy agenda and strategic policy direction for the organization. These strategies include: developing, promoting, and advancing a legislative agenda on tobacco control policy, obesity prevention policy, and successful positioning against emerging issues impacting the health and wellness of Mississippians.
Lampkin assisted with efforts to establish the Health and Wellness Division of The Partnership to focus on Mississippi’s tragic childhood obesity epidemic. In a short period of time, she managed to build bipartisan support for policies to tackle and reverse the childhood obesity epidemic.
Lampkin completed her undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University, Starkville, MS, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture, Minor in Marketing. She is also a graduate of Tulane University, New Orleans, LA, with a Masters of Liberal Art Degree.
Richard Sullivan brings 30 years of a unique combination of policy, legislative and political experience to representation of the nation’s leading corporations and National Associations before Federal and State governmental entities.
Sullivan has served in various leadership roles in the Democratic Party and with his broad background in both public policy and electoral politics. He has had tremendous success in representing corporate and business interests. Sullivan has successfully led federal and state legislative initiatives on technology, financial services, healthcare and energy related issues.
Sullivan’s past employment positions include counsel to the Majority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives. He also served as national finance director for the Democratic National Committee; President Clinton’s re-election campaign and as national fundraising director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC).
Sullivan has served at the highest level of volunteer leadership positions in the Democratic Party, including the national Treasurer and Finance Chairman for the Democratic Governors Association (DGA); Finance Chairman for the DSCC; Finance Chair of the DSCC’s 2000 National Convention and Finance Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

Shashrina has served as the Federal Liaison for former Missouri Governor Bob Holden and currently serves as Vice President at TCI, a leading provider of information technology solutions and service.

Mr. Webb, is a 25 year veteran of the political and diplomatic environment of the Nation's Capital. His experience includes serving as a member of the personal staff of a United States Senator and a Presidential Appointee as a Special Assistant to two Cabinet Members. Mr. Webb's international expertise begins at the American University's Center for the Documentation and Study of the European Community where he specialized in the African, Caribbean and Pacific Countries, and continued as a consultant with The Coca-Cola Company, Office of International Diplomatic and Governmental Affairs in Washington, DC
Mr. Webb's also has extensive experience in the profession of events production and management, as well as logistical planning. Mr. Webb worked as a stage manager and lighting technician on numerous theatrical, concert, and film production. Staffed and managed members of the Diplomatic Corp, Members of the Senate and Congress and well as Cabinet Members, Corporate Executive and prominent names Artist and TV and Film Actors.
Mr. Webb was also the events organizer for the late Pamela Harriman's political action committee. That included the build-out of a site for a on the ' Willow Oaks " Estate of the late Pamela Harriman.

Nash has more than 40 years of public service ranging from his work as a senior aide in economic development and finance; Undersecretary for Rural and Community Development at the US Department of Agriculture; Assistant to the President and Director of Presidential Personnel at the White House; Vice Chairman of Shorebank Corporation and as Vice President of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation.

During his service, as Under Secretary of Rural & Community Development at USDA, Bob managed 12,000 employees and the USDA’s $8-billion-dollar housing, electric, telephone, business, and public facility loan and grant programs and While at ShoreBank Corporation in Chicago, IL he chaired and led three of the corporation’s non-profit affiliates in Chicago, Detroit and Cleveland who were involved in housing and small business lending.

Judith Jacobson has over 30 years experience in government relations, advocacy, appropriations, marketing and business development in the areas of defense, space, health and nutrition, international development, and drug abuse identification projects.
Ms Jacobson was an early member of the government relations firm Cassidy and Associates where she was a senior member and later a senior consultant for over 20 years. Judith served as the Vice President for Defense and Space for Logica UK for which she was responsible for all marketing, management and government relations for over 10 years for the US subsidiary including working with the US and UK governments as well as international space entities. Some of her recent accomplishments have also included funding for advanced programs utilizing artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
Sandi Jackson has been actively involved in Democratic Party politics for more than 30 years. Her highest honor includes serving as Alderman of the 7th ward in the City of Chicago. Prior to her run for elective office, Sandi served as Deputy Political Director of Training for the Democratic National Committee. A veteran of five presidential campaigns for the White House, Sandi directed scheduling operations for Rev. Jesse Jackson, who served as a DNC “Super Surrogate” for the 2004 presidential election cycle. Prior to joining the DNC, Sandi served as campaign manager and chief political strategist in several tough Illinois State Senate and State Legislative races, helping to elect former State Representatives Robin Kelly, David Miller, State Representative William Davis and former State Senator James Meeks to the Illinois General Assembly.
Jackson served as a presidential appointee in the Clinton Administration as Vice President of Congressional and External Affairs for the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im), heading the office responsible for communications to members of Congress, representatives of business and public policy organizations, national and international government agencies, the export community and labor. She also served on the Bank’s policy committee.
Before joining Ex-Im, Sandi served as Senior Advisor for Public Diplomacy Programs at the United States Information Agency (USIA) in the Agency’s Bureau of Information. Prior to her USIA appointment, Jackson served as the Director of VIP Relations for the Presidential Inaugural Committee where she supervised the administrative and managerial support to the Committee Vice-Chairs, the Joint Chiefs of Staffs, U.S. Military leaders and coordinated plans for special projects with the White House Military Liaison Office. Jackson also served as the National Outreach Coordinator for the Clinton/Gore 96 Campaign, organizing African American activities for the campaign and serving as liaison with the leaders in politics, women’s organizations, veterans groups, and U.S. business leaders.
Sandi began her career in journalism as a general assignment reporter for WTVG-TV 13, an NBC affiliate in Toledo, Ohio before moving to Washington, D.C. where she joined Washington Independent News as an assignment editor. A former press secretary for both the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the late Congressman Mickey Leland (D-TX), Sandi worked in the presidential campaign of Gov. Michael Dukakis as a regional press secretary for the State of Texas.
Jackson’s career highlights also include serving as an official observer to the July 1996 Helsinki Accords, serving as an expert presenter in 1996 for the African American Institute in Accra, Ghana, where she hosted workshops on political training for women; serving as a legal consultant for the Rainbow Coalition, where she also served as an official observer to a Coalition delegation to Israel on conflict resolution; and serving as interim chief of staff for Congressman Cleo Fields (D-LA).
Sandi received her Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in 1985, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois School Of Law in 1992. She resides in Chicago and Washington, DC with her two children Jessica and Jesse III.
